Don't miss an exciting evening in a new venue, featuring wines from Santa Barbara Winemaker, Etienne Terlinden!

We are very excited to announce a new pop-up wine dinner location in Coronado! Please join us for our second dinner at vomFASS Coronado Tasting Room, featuring wines from Cordon and Point Conception Winery! Winemaker Etienne Terlinden will join us for the evening to present the wines and share his unique story. Etienne has been a consulting winemaker for a number of Santa Barbara wineries over the years, but has had his own label, Cordon since 2001 and later added Point Conception. Both wineries display his years of early experience working in French wineries and his European heritage. This dinner will feature 5 wine selections, each paired with a dinner course, plus dessert. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Etienne & Erin. Seating for this event is limited, please register asap, using the link below.

Create the ultimate date night! Enjoy a quick ferry ride to this venue from either the Broadway Pier (end of 5th street) or the Convention Center! We've ensured you can take either ferry with plenty of time to make the dinner. The dinner will also end before each ferry's final trip from Coronado back to San Diego. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food and educational insights! Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.
