This 3 hour, 2-part session will include a 1.50-hour training on goal development and case note writing. And, a 1.50-hour workshop on applying concrete strategies for goal development and documentation to existing customers.   

At the workshop, participants will engage in peer-to-peer group breakout sessions working directly with an individual's annual and 6-month plan. Instructors will provide input and guidance to ensure all participants leave with a solid understanding of the core concepts presented.
