International Treatment Center's Cooperative (ITCC) West Coast 2022 Conference 

Huntington Beach, California

 

ITCC is a deliberately small conference where treatment centers, interventionists and other providers in the recovery field can network with each other in an intimate and relaxing environment. Participants come away from the conference as collaborators, having a much better understanding of what everyone in the industry has to offer in order to make better client referrals. There are numerous breaks and opportunities for networking as well. 

Who Should Attend: Owners/CEOs- Medical/Clinical Directors- Clinicians- Admissions & Discharge Planning Personnel- Interventionists. Marketing personnel are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a person who works in a Owner/CEO or clinical aspect.

We allow a limited number of drug testing, billing and electronic medical records companies to attend as well.

Location

The conference takes place at the Pasťa Hotel & Spa. Rooms are available starting at $289 (plus tax, fees & $25 resort fee) a night. More details will come in the acceptance email.

Plan to attend the whole conference, with presentations beginning at 10:15 am on Monday, January 31st and finishing at 12 pm on Wednesday, February 2nd. Attendees need to stay for ALL of the presentations. We will also have daily 12-step meetings open to all attendees, in the mornings begining at 9:00 am Monday and Tuesday and at 8:30 am on Wednesday.

Out of courtesy for the presenters there will be NO cell phone use during the presentations. You will have frequent breaks to make calls and check voicemails/emails.

Each treatment center will be given 10 minutes to present the three things that they do best and what makes them unique. Each interventionist will be given 5 minutes to do the same. Other facilities that would not fall into those categories, such as drug testing agencies, need to sign up for the 15 or 20 minute time slot rather than just the standard 10 minutes. Treatment centers can upgrade to a 15 or 20 minute time slot if they prefer.

 

 

 

COVID-19 Precautions:

All attendees must provide a copy of a negative PCR COVID-19 test, taken within 72-hours of the event's beginning. Testing will need to be arranged by the attendee prior to attending.

Cancellation Policy:

By registering for this event you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as outlined below as well as the additional agreements.

Once you register for the event no refunds will be given. If you cancel between 6 weeks and 30 days prior to the conference start date: Conference fees will not be refunded but your fees will be held for you to use on a future conference.

Between 30 days-14 days prior to the conference start date: Conference fees will not be refunded. Fees will be held for you to use on a future conference, minus a $500 cancellation fee. This fee may be waived if we can find someone to fill your spot.

Less than 14 days prior to the conference start date: Conference fees will not be refunded. Fees will be held for a future conference, minus a $500 cancellation fee.

We are relaxing our cancellation policy this time in the event that any conference attendee falls ill or has had an exposure to COVID-19. Should you have any symptoms or known exposures to COVID-19 we ask that you stay home. You may send a different attendee in your place or we will hold your fees to use for a future event.

In the event that we are unable to hold this event due to COVID-19 and anything preventing us from following all National or State of California mandates, attendees will be refunded their conference fees.

If you do not notify us prior to the event that you will not be in attendance you are waiving all fees paid.

Additional Agreements:

You must bring at least one attendee who works in a clinical or CEO/Owner capacity. (CEO or Owners- Medical/Clinical Directors- Clinicians- Admissions & Discharge Planning Personnel). This applies to Treatment Centers only.

Each attendee needs to stay the entire length of the conference.

You need to send in your company's workbook page and/or attendee photos by January 5, 2022 to be included in the master workbook.

Attendees should wait until they receive an email confirming their acceptance to the event before booking any travel.

COVID 19 Agreement:

Southworth Associates is doing our best to ensure we host a safe event for all attendees.  While we are doing our best to comply with the most current State and Federal Guidelines as outlined by the CDC, we will ask all participants, sponsors and attendees, to acknowledge, Southworth Associates will not be held responsible in the event someone contracts COVID 19.  Despite our best efforts, there are still some unavoidable risk factors involved with travel and gatherings.  We will be requiring a negative PCR COVID 19 test, no older than 72 hours.  We appreciate your cooperation and acknowledgement of this statement.  

By registering for this conference you are agreeing to our cancellation policy, additional agreements and COVID-19 agreement.
