Description: Hemophilia A is an incurable, life-threatening condition caused by the deficiency of a critical clotting protein. A Hemophilia A patient’s blood clots much slower than that of a normal human, leading to increased bleeding from injury and spontaneous bleeding in severe cases. Flavin Pharma’s solution, “HemoFlavin,” uses a proven mechanism to rebalance the body’s natural blood clotting functions. As a small molecule drug, HemoFlavin costs ten times less to produce than biologic therapies and requires no refrigeration to distribute and store. Animal studies also show that HemoFlavin is unlikely to lose efficacy over time and does not cause severe side effects unlike many existing therapies.

There he built the company's planning function from the ground up, guiding the company's business and development decisions.  Prior to that he worked for Felix Energy, a private oil and gas company. He started his career at Anadarko Petroleum in accounting, working through roles of increasing responsibility that included accounting, project development, operations, and ultimately working for the Executive Vice President of Onshore, leading teams and guiding the strategic and financial planning for the company.  Jason has leveraged his passion for planning and technology, and his technical and executive level experience to create Endurance and solve one of the biggest issues that plagues oil and gas company leaders today.
