Alumni Legacy Family Seating at Commencement

In celebration of your Legacy family, the Office of Alumni Relations offers reserved seating for up to 8 people per graduating student. You must register on-line by Monday, November 29.

This benefit provides you with reserved seats. No need to arrive when the doors open at 9:00AM to save seats. However, you must arrive by 10:15AM. After 10:15AM, seating held for legacy families will be released for general seating. Please allow time for traffic and parking. 

As a reminder, seating is bleacher seating. If you are unable to manage bleachers, your graduate must make a request for floor seating to commencement@ship.edu by December 1. Full details on commencement, including special seating requests, can be found at www.ship.edu/graduation.

You will be mailed reserved seating tickets and your guests must present this ticket for access to the reserved Alumni Legacy Family section. Please NOTE: These legacy family tickets do not get you into Heiges Field House. Those are separate tickets that your graduate must pick up with their cap and gown. These tickets are to show in the reserved seating sections only.

Participation in the Legacy Family seating section is optional.
