Included in Your Registration:
- Early setup will be available at 1PM.
- The Detroit Travel Tradeshow will take place from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- The West Michigan Travel Tradeshow will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Attendees will have different nametags to help you identify retail & home based agents.
- Each exhibitor will be provided an 8ft covered table in Detroit and 6ft covered table in West MI.
- Invitations will be sent to all agencies and agents via E-mail. RSVP’s will be taken.
- Complimentary sit down dinner will be provided to agents & vendors, beginning at 6:30PM.
- Vendors will have snacks available during set-up.
- You will be given one minute to give away your door prize.
- If you choose to give away a door prize, please select something valued at a minimum of $50. Alcoholic beverage giveaways are prohibited by venues.
Extra Values for ASTA Member Suppliers*:
- You will receive an extremely detailed list of attendees and their contact information after the tradeshows.
- If you have a local event planned, email it to us and we will include it in ASTA’s e-news on a complimentary basis. It will be distributed to all Great Lakes ASTA chapter members at least once monthly.

ASTA Headquarters is requiring everyone who participates in an ASTA event to sign a Covid-19 waiver. You may bring a signed copy to the shows or email it in advance to ASTAGreatlakes@gmail.com.

In the past, approximately 200 travel agents attended the Detroit Show & 100 attended the West MI Show. We are not sure what to expect post Covid.
Cost: $500 per tradeshow.
Discounts: $50 off each show if participating in both shows.
