This event is limited to companies with a female as either founder or in a C-level position. We kindly ask you to join the video conference session promptly.

Golden Seeds is pleased to provide Office Hours at no cost to entrepreneurs who are seeking advice about their companies.

No-show Policy

There is much demand for these sessions and space is limited. By submitting this registration form, you are committing to attend the session and we will reserve a spot for you.

It is important for entrepreneurs to cancel if they cannot attend their sessions.  Please remember that you are taking a time slot from another entrepreneur if you are a “no-show” at Office Hours. You will be considered a “no-show” if you do not cancel by 5pm the day before the session.

To cancel your registration, please contact Lydia Vega at lydia@goldenseeds.com. In the subject line, include the chapter and date of the Office Hours session you are canceling.

Golden Seeds Office Hours

An experienced Golden Seeds member will discuss an overview presentation on the basics of angel funding and the Golden Seeds investment process.

Entrepreneurs will receive feedback on their business venture and the investors can answer questions about the angel investing process.

Attending an Office Hours session does not guarantee your company will be considered for funding by Golden Seeds. This is not a screening session and you are not pitching for funding.

About Golden Seeds

A discerning group of investors, seeking and funding high-potential, women-led businesses.

It is well documented: Women are starting businesses at record levels, with the ideas, skills and talents to build great companies. But like all early-stage entrepreneurs, they need capital to fuel their growth. Golden Seeds, one of the nation’s largest and most active investment groups, focuses squarely on this high-potential segment.

Our investment thesis rests on the extensive research that concludes that gender diverse teams produce better return on equity. By seeking companies where women hold leadership positions and own substantial equity, we are funding companies that are likely to have diverse perspectives that will contribute to ultimate success.

Since 2005, Golden Seeds' members - today over 300 strong - along with its venture funds, have invested over $150 million in over 200 women-led enterprises. Golden Seeds has active chapters in Arizona, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, New York, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley, and active members throughout the country.

Note: If registration is closed and you would like to be added to the wait list, please email Lydia Vega at lydia@goldenseeds.com. In the subject line, include the region and date of the Office Hours session you wish to attend.
