This is an online event.

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) invites agency nurses to attend the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) training.  The HRST is used to detect health risks and destabilization early, and assigns scores to health and behaviorally related rating items. The total points result in a Health Care Level with an associated degree of health risk.

This training is for Registered Nurses (RNs) who have completed the following:
  1. The 2-day DDA RN Case Manager Delegating Nurse course, and
  2. The HRST on-line rater training, and
  3. Currently working with people receiving services through the DDA waivers.
Day 1 of this advanced training allows participants to understand the HRST better, and to help them use it more effectively. Day 2 prepares Registered Nurses to be Certified Clinical Reviewers.

RNs are required to take the training both days.

If you have any questions about the event or how to register for the event, please feel free to contact HRST for support.
