How to Improve Heart Health Naturally

If you are suffering from afib/heart palpitations, high blood pressure or cholesterol, shortness of breath, congestive heart failure, mitral valve prolapse, or any other congenital or acquired heart disease, or if you’ve had a stroke or heart attack, this class is for you.

The heart is the most responsive organ to nutritional changes in the body – both good and bad. What really matters to the heart is what is present to nourish it. Nourishment allows it to function, the lack thereof, causes it to struggle to function. While there are many fancy names for the varying ways the heart can struggle, the way the heart responds to what goes into the mouth (or what doesn’t go into the mouth!) is what matters most. We have more control over our heart health than most people realize.

This class explores the reasons WHY cardiovascular challenges occur in the first place and what you can do to take control of your cardiovascular health and strengthen your heart naturally.

This class will be presented live, in person at Vital Health. It will also be available to view via Zoom. Registration fee (either in person or via Zoom) is $15.

Class Presented By: Dr. Holly Carling

Dr. Holly Carling is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, Doctor of Naturopathy, Clinical Nutritionist and Master Herbologist with over four decades of experience.  Dr. Carling is a “Health Detective,” she looks beyond your symptom picture and investigates WHY you are experiencing your symptoms in the first place. Dr. Carling considers herself a “professional student” – she has attended more than 600 post-secondary education courses related to health and healing. Dr. Carling gives lectures here in the U.S. and internationally and has been noted as the “Doctor’s Doctor”. When other healthcare practitioners hit a roadblock when treating their patients nutritionally, Dr. Carling is who they call. Dr. Carling is currently accepting new patients and offers natural health care services and whole food nutritional supplements in her Coeur d’ Alene clinic.  Visit Dr. Carling’s website at www.vitalhealthcda.com to learn more about Dr. Carling, listen to our podcast and read informative articles.  Dr. Carling can be reached at 208-765-1994 and would be happy to answer any questions regarding this topic.
