Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification 

Our Black Belt certification is the final step in our Lean Six Sigma program.  Join us for Black Belt certification when you are ready to learn advanced tools for both data and organizational improvement.  Black Belts complete complex projects and also design new processes to help their organizations embrace a culture of Continuous Improvement.   A Green Belt certification is required for registration in this course.  If you have earned your Green Belt through a different certification program or it’s been longer than 2 years since you earned your Green Belt, you are still welcome to join us!  We simply ask you to take our quick assessment so that we can recommend any prep or refresher work that will get you ready to join the course fully prepared. 

Earn a Black Belt certification by completing the following Certification Requirements:

• 33 hours of remote live interactive classroom experiences where you learn through exercises, case studies, and group discussions.
• 9 hours of a self-paced on-line component through Moresteam.com, a leading online international Lean Six Sigma content provider with numerous supporting resources such as simulations, toolsets, videos, interactive practice exercises, and quizzes.
• 25 hours of a competitive but fun Capstone game that requires you to test your knowledge of process improvement through a virtual case study.
• 9 hours of team immersion exercises that allow you to practice advanced tools in a safe environment.
• 3 hours of one on one coaching with Master Black Belt instructors who possess 20+ years of industry expertise to assist you in applying the course content to a project you select in your organization.
• Successfully pass a Black Belt test to demonstrate mastery of theory
• Submit your completed Black Belt project for a rigorous review of practical application expertise.

One of the distinguishing features of this program is the practical learning that comes with completing a process improvement project within their sponsoring organization.  Participants will not only know the theory but will have the proof that they have mastered the skills necessary to lead successful Black Belt projects that provide real impact in their organizations.
