Support Broker Re-Certification Training 

Support Broker Training and certification is required for Support Brokers to continue with providing services. Certification is valid for 2 years. 

It is expected that all attendees will actively participate and comply with the expectations of the class, by attending the 30 minute orientation, completing the modules and completing the quizzes. Trainees will be required to demonstrate core competency by passing a final exam.

Because the orientation is the jumping-off point to the success of this program, participants must register, check emails for links and log in on time.  Go to Training links will be sent to participants by email & will come from "Organizer D. Will".  

After you register, you will receive a link to the materials which you can immediately download from your confirmation email.  After you take the Support Broker orientation you will receive an email the following day containing a certificate for your records, along with a link to the quizzes and exam.  You will have one week to review all of the self-guided modules, take the quizzes and the final exam.  

After passing the exam, a certificate and approval letter will be emailed to you in about 2-3 weeks.  If you have questions about the training or if you require any special accommodations, please email donna.will@maryland.gov.
