Data Equity Learning Sessions 

A key element of our upcoming Bold Goal funding cycle will be working with partners to evaluate programs equitably. Data Equity Learning Sessions will be offered monthly until May where you will learn how United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley reporting will change in the new funding cycle.

Attending one of these sessions is strongly recommended to any organization planning to apply for the 2023+ funding cycle.

We invite any currently funded or nonfunded partners to participate in one of these sessions. Any organizations hoping to apply for the 2023+ investment cycle are also encouraged to attend.

Funded partners in the new investment cycle will be expected to report disaggregated data starting in 2023.  This training will prepare applicants for this reporting. Preference (points on the application) will be given to applicants who attend the training or show equivalent training/current practices in place for disaggregated reporting.

The training will cover:

1. Why disaggregate, what is data equity?
2. Why does this matter to United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley?
3. Practical tools in establishing a data equity framework in our organizations: motivation statements, analysis and interpretation tools, root cause analysis
4. Hands on practice in UWGLV’s new reporting software, i-Cresults. 

This training will involve prework which will be shared with registrants.
