Your Next Mission™ (formerly Warriors To The Workforce) is part of the American Freedom Foundation's nationwide initiative to help our Veterans, transitioning military service members and military spouses find meaningful employment and provide assistance transitioning from military to civilian life.

About the Event
The American Freedom Foundation will host Your Next Mission™ Nashville AAAA 2022 (formerly Warriors To The Workforce) presented in association with Operation Stand Down Tennessee and in conjunction with the 2022 Army Aviation Mission Solutions Summit on Monday, April 4 from 1100-1700 and Tuesday, April 5 from 1100-1530 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN. The event will bring together major companies from throughout the country to profile their services and provide employment opportunities for our Veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses. Attendees have the chance to talk with employers, submit qualifications, participate in job interviews, and have their resumes reviewed.
Is your resume too wordy? Need help putting your best self on paper? Sign up onsite to have an HR professional critique your resume at our Resume Review area, presented by Operation Stand Down Tennessee. We will also be providing attendees an opportunity to recieve a professional headshot.

Please be advised that AAAA has mandated that proof of full COVID-19 vaccination will now be required of everyone to attend any part of the event. (Full vaccination is defined as 2 doses of mRNA or 1 J&J.) Dress for success - business or uniform is advised
Bring enough resumes for all exhibitors - gov't and private sector
Registration will open at 1000 and event begins at 1100
Please note: All data collected on your YNM event registration form will not be sold or given to anyone other than possibly another highly reputable Veteran Service Organization that we feel may help you achieve employment or a better understanding of the transition process from military to civilian life.

Important Information for Exhibitors
- Exhibitor cost is $565.00 for 1 day attendance and $960.50 for 2 days attendance and includes two people to work the booth.
- Exhibitor pricing listed includes one 8' table, power (if requested), coffee, and snacks.
- Only 30 exhibitor tables available!
- It is highly recommended that each company be prepared to accept resumes on site.
