Planning, Prioritizing, and Delegating - Webinar (02/15/22)

Strategic planning provides direction as to where the organization is as compared to where it wants and needs to be.

By completing and analyzing a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), leaders gain valuable insight and information for direction, sustainability, and growth. Prioritizing, delegating, and communicating expectations are essential for effective utilization of resources.

Participants will leave understanding the many factors that impact strategic and operational outcomes.

Virtual Trainer: Claudia Monte

Claudia is founder and principal of CAM Consulting Group LLC, a full-service HR consulting and training firm, which she started in 1993 to assist individuals and organizations achieve success. She has extensive experience nationally as a speaker, trainer, coach and consultant for clients in the private, public, legal, library and nonprofit sectors. Claudia specializes in helping individuals strengthen their Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the various facets of their personal and professional lives. She is also a facilitator/coach with the MicroEnterprise Institute of Southwest Florida Goodwill. Prior to starting her firm, Claudia held sales and leadership positions with several Fortune 500 companies. She received her degree from Widener University.
