Our keynote speaker is Beth Paretta, CEO and Team Principal of Paretta Autosport. Beth launched Paretta Autosport in 2021 to lead diversity initiatives across professional racing disciplines starting with NTT Data INDYCAR series and the Indianapolis 500-Mile race. She was named AutoWeek magazine’s “Secret People” who will change the car world, as well as a “Game Changer” by Sports Business Journal for her work with Grace Autosport.
