Highland Creek Swim Lessons
Whale (Level 4): Students will be introduced to all four competitive strokes. They will also be introduced to diving. Students should be able to swim a lap of freestyle, know rotary breathing and swim 15 yards of backstroke and breaststroke.
- Performing all skills from Jellyfish, Seal & Swordfish levels
- Swimming the front crawl, back crawl & elementary backstroke proficiently
- Swimming in the deepest part of the pool
- Swimming 25-50 yards non-stop across the pool doing the back crawl, front crawl & elementary backstroke
- Treading water for a minimum of 1 minute
- Performing the arm pulls for the breaststroke & side stroke
- Performing the whip kick and regular scissor kick
- Continued learning of water safety

2022 Policies & Procedures
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within two weeks of start date will not be refunded. (regardless of the reason for cancellation)
Any refund issued will be minus the paypal fee
Lesson fees are non-transferrable between other swim lessons or camps.
Inclement Weather Policies:
Make-up days will only be utilized in the case of inclement weather. Sick and/or personal days do not qualify for a make-up day and will not be honored and/or discounted.
