The Heads Network Invites You
to its 2021-2022 Webinar Series
From Plan to Implementation:
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Our Schools

a Zoom Webinar
Tuesday, January 25, 2022
1:00 -2:00 PM EST

A plan is just that...a carefully proposed set of initiatives designed to accomplish stated goals. It is in the implementation that your plan comes alive and impacts your school community. Hear from Dr. Scott E. Page, noted professor at the University of Michigan on this most important topic.

Meet the Presenter:
Dr. Page is the John Seely Brown Distinguished University Professor of Complexity, Social Science, and Management at the University of Michigan; Williamson Family Professor of Business Administration; professor of management and organizations, Stephen M. Ross School of Business; and professor of political science, complex systems, and economics.
His research focuses on the "myriad roles that diversity plays in complex systems." For example, how does diversity arise? How does it make a system more productive? How does it impact robustness, and does it make a system prone to large events?
He has authored five books, numerous articles, and has spoken to community groups, high schools, government agencies, NGOs, and university audiences. He has spoken to independent school associations as well. Dr. Page and his wife, two sons, and Bernese Mountain dog live in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
