To provide understanding and information on ergonomics as well as methods to prevent ergonomic related injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).

• Define and understand what Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD’s) are, their signs and symptoms, and how they occur
• Identify risk and life factors that can cause/affect MSD’s
