2022 National Credit Union
Call Center Conference

October 24-26, 2022
Las Vegas, Nevada
MGM Grand

Event Description
At the National Credit Union Call Center Conference (NCUCCC), attendees will participate in interactive workshops with subject-matter experts from leading call center technology providers.

Conference attendees will work with their credit union peers during daily breakout sessions to create processes to improve the member experience while maintaining employee workloads and morale. Past participants have shared that the tips and trends they learned during our breakout sessions help solve day-to-day issues while creating maps for long-range planning.

Who Should Attend
The National Credit Union Call Center Conference will share the latest technology tools, best practices, and insights. Credit Unions of varying asset sizes attend each year, sending representatives from their executive teams, along with the directors and managers leading the credit union's call center teams.

Hotel Rates & Reservations
We have reserved a block of rooms at the MGM Grand for the conference. Our reduced room rates are as follows:
-- Sunday, October 23, 2022 -- $95
-- Monday, October 24, 2022 -- $95
-- Tuesday, October 25, 2022 -- $125
-- Wednesday, October 26, 2022 -- $125

All guests are required to pay a $39 per day resort fee.

Please use our Hotel Reservation link to access the discounted room block.

Important to note, hotel reservations are NOT included in the registration price, and we will not contact attendees to book accommodations. In the past, we have heard that guests have been privately approached with the promise of lower-priced accommodations. Some claim to be official representatives of ourselves or the venue. However, they are NOT working with us, and we recommend you not do business with them. If you are approached by anyone attempting to book hotel rooms, please email Amy Vigil, our Conference Director, at amy@cuanm.org.
