Folklorama at Home: February 11 - Origami Kit

Learn the ancient art of paper folding with origami master, Brian Cox! In Japan, references to origami date back to the 1600s, when poems referenced celebratory events with gifts of paper models. The paper models were attached to gifts, much like greeting cards are today. Since then, origami has developed into a world of creativity, right at our finger tips. If you’re a beginner or intermediate looking for a unique experience, join Brian Cox as he teaches the ins and outs of the art of origami! .

Workshop Kit Fee: $10. Includes shipping in Winnipeg. If you are from outside of Winnipeg, the Folklorama office will contact you in regards to shipping rate.
