UPDATE!! We know that things are changing with Covid, and we want to be sensitive to the needs of all of our members. We are planning now for an in person meeting, but will keep a close eye on Covid cases in our area and will pivot as needed!

Want to attend but concerned about Covid?? 

 Here are the changes we are making to provide a safe space for everyone to continue to gather together:

- Per the Mecklenburg County mandate, Masks are Required, unless actively eating or drinking -

- Tables will be spaced apart and will have no more than 4 people at each -

- Dinner will be a plated meal instead of a buffet -

- Weather permitting, we will utilize the outdoor patio space we have for pre- and post-meeting networking  -

Embracing a Customer Service Mindset

   

During this presentation you'll learn how great service can help you grow your business, how you can leverage customer service to retain your existing clients and how to respond when you have fallen short of the client/customer's service expectations. 

About Gina:

Gina Herald is an alumni of Nordstrom, Inc where she spent 14 years devoted to delivering great customer service. She was a company record 3-time recipient of the Nordstrom Inverted Pyramid award which is given in recognition of servant leadership.  She has over 20 years of leadership and customer service experience in retail, restaurants, manufacturing and distribution.

When she wrapped up her traditional business career in 2006 she started a customer service training and leadership development company.  She has worked locally and across the country to help companies grow leaders and create a customer service mindset in their business. To Gina that’s what customer service is. A mindset not a set of tactics.

Her personal mission is “maximizing potential” and her goal is to do that with every company and individual with whom she has the privilege to work. She is DISC certified, Sandler Trained and has achieved advanced speaker status at Toastmasters, International. 

In her free time Gina loves to read (preferably with her toes in the sand), get outside for a walk or run and to play and watch sports of all kinds. She and her husband David, a licensed General Contractor and co-host of The Home Improvement Show on WBT Radio, have 4 amazing grandchildren and hang out with them every chance they get.
