Epiphany and Ecology

What are the connections between Epiphany and Ecology? between the Church's celebration of the visiting Magi or the Baptism of the Lord and the rest of the Earth Community?

This free, Wednesday-night webinar hosts a conversation between the liturgy scholar, the Revd. Hilary Bogert-Winkler, and the Center for Religion and Environment.

Hilary Bogert-Winkler is assistant professor of liturgy at the School of Theology. Her academic interests lie in the ways politics and religion intersected in early modern Britain and Ireland, particularly in how those intersections showed up in the liturgy.

The Center for Religion and Environment is a resource for the church housed within Sewanee's School of Theology; it offers free monthly webinars, tuition-based short online courses, resources and materials, a certificate program in nature contemplation, and consulting for creation care ministries.
