After-Hours Each Day on ZoomGov

  • Join us after the conference both days for After-Hours with the Fulbright Program and former student leaders turned Diplomats.
  • These two events will take place on ZoomGov and attendees may use their webcam. 

As we commemorate Black History Month 2022, the U.S. Department of State invites you to virtually join the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Foreign Policy Conference. This year we will continue with two days of sessions, workshops, and interactive conversations with members of the HBCU communityNEW this year are session tracks:

  • Foreign Policy Discussions 
  • Equity for HBCU graduates 
  • Outreach and Awareness to the HBCU community
