March Mindfulness 101- Zoom Gatherings

March 1-March 22, 2022

Tuesday evening classes from 6pm- 7pm

You are not alone! Change and uncertainty are a daily occurance. In these four (4) classes we will focus on the importance of regulation and grounding .  During such uncertain times, with daily changes happening in structure, routines, and expectations, it is imperative that you learn to ground yourself in the present moment, which can help create a sense of wellbeing.  This journey begins with you. Developing a mindfullness practice by spending some dedicated time to regulate and ground yourself; you can refill your cup and create more availablility to access what is needed (to pour out) for yourself and for those that surround you.

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness can be described as,  “The awareness cultivated by paying attention, ...on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”  -Jon Kabat-Zinn
