What is an RHCA Membership Ambassador?

The RHCA Ambassadors are members who advocate for the RHCA, communicating the benefits, programs, and privileges of being a member to the community.

Ambassadors assist with annual events and perform as a bridge of communication and retention between the RHCA Leadership and members.

Ambassadors play an essential role for the RHCA Membership and gain visibility and business exposure for their own company.

Interested? Here's how the program works:

Criteria

1-     Must be a member in good standing
2-     Participate at the RHCA Monthly Membership Committee Meetings
3-     Volunteer to make calls for membership recruitment and retention
4-     Host the RHCA Membership Booth when needed (Ex. Hard Hat, Build FW Expo)
5-     Volunteer in the RHCA Annual Events:

-  Day of the Construction Worker
-  Luna
-  Golf
-  Clay shoot
-  Pillars 

6-    Attend the Membership Meetings throughout the year:

-  RHCA Membership Luncheons
-  Conversation Over Coffee Events
-  Membership After Hour Events

Benefits

Ambassadors will be able to network, make business connections and represent their companies while advocating for the RHCA.

Ambassadors will have the opportunity to gain gift cards by collaborating with us throughout the year.

Ambassadors will be highlighted and awarded for their accomplishments during the RHCA Membership Meetings.

All the ambassadors will be elegible to be recognized as the Ambassador of the Year.

Ambassador Points & Red Jacket Program

Ambassadors will receive points depending on the tasks completed.

The ambassadors with most points are awarded by the end of the year.

Ambassadors will receive the RHCA red jacket and a red polo shirt once they acquire 150 points.

Every time an ambassador aquires 50 points, will receive a $50 giftcard.
