This class presents a summary of an IRS endorsed approach to optimize the AOTC for moderate income families, when the dependent, the student, has non-restrictive scholarships or grants. The most common such grant is a Pell Grant but any scholarship which is allowed to be used for expenses other than Tuition can be used in this approach.

LEARNING OBJECTVES:

1)      You will learn to always ask to see the actual student account

2)      You will learn the impact of the kiddie tax and WHEN it applies

3)      You will learn how to dramatically increase the AOTC amount

Registering for this will provide you access to the cloud link and the slides.
