This 4 hour, 2-part session will include a 2 hour training on goal development and case note writing. And, a 2-hour workshop on applying concrete strategies for goal development and documentation to existing customers.  In addition, office hours will be open for support and strategizing around your specific individual’s plans and goals. 

At the workshop, participants will engage in peer-to-peer group breakout sessions working directly with an individual's annual and 6-month plan. Instructors will provide input and guidance to ensure all participants leave with a solid understanding of the core concepts presented.
