Camp Types / Age Groups:

The main levels of Elementary and Middle School are intended as both an introduction and a new experience, even if a child has already attended camp with us.  Each session and year bring new experiences, cases, and your child gets even more out of camp as they mature and are exposed to similar concepts again.

Elementary level camp is offered for Rising 2nd - 5th graders, with smaller groups dividing up for various activities as we do our "Rounds."

Middle School level camp is offered for Rising 6th-9th graders, with smaller groups breaking out for interactive experiences.  Campers who are rising 6th graders, even if they have attended camp before, should definitely be in one of these sessions.

The "Returning, or Advanced" Sessions are exclusively for campers who have already attended at least one session of that same level and are entering 4th or 5th grade for Elementary or 7th-9th grade for Middle School.  This is an experience that allows for a bit more in depth, however all regular sessions are still open to returning campers, as there is plenty to do & learn. Our returning sessions will involve guest visits and/or a field trip.

Each session & each year is always somewhat different, as well as the maturity level of the camper.  Campers always seem to do have even more fun the second, third, or fourth time around!
