Painting Portraits

       As a forensic artist, Lori worked with the US Secret Service and the FBI Academy for ten years before retiring and moving into fine art. She has taught art at the Fallon campus of Western Nevada College and in private workshops as well. Currently, she continues with her teaching in her home studio.

"After trying many mediums, I began to gravitate towards watercolor painting. I love the soft and light-filled qualities of the medium. The childlike joy of putting down color and creating is a beautiful thing."

Refund policy: Up until 30 days prior to a workshop, if you find you must cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your fee*. After that time, the workshop fee will be refunded* only if the Society has a Wait List for the workshop and is subsequently able to sell the seat. If no Wait List exists, you would then have the option of providing your own replacement. If this occurs, a refund of fees paid will be issued, *less any credit card transaction fees.
