Lisa Stoner is a seasoned executive with an extensive track record operating and scaling rapidly-growing, highly global, technology-enabled organizations. She has deep experience in the fields of enterprise operations management, business process outsourcing, leading cultural transformation within global organizations, business development and customer experience design and execution. Ms. Stoner has served as the Global Head of Support Operations for Uber Technologies (NYSE: UBER) since January 2018. In this role, she is responsible for the Community Operations global outsourcing strategy, procurement and invoicing, workforce planning, learning & development, quality assurance and vendor management. Ms. Stoner led workforce optimization, contract standardization, and supplier divestment and integrations during the critical pre-IPO time at Uber. She leads a global organization of 27,000+ employees and contractors working in 6 continents, supporting 60+ countries. Under her leadership, Uber has expanded support across myriad new business lines (Uber Transport, Eats, Freight, Health, Jump, Uber for Business) reduced expanded capacity by 50%, improved compliance by 20% and reduced per-capita operating expenses by 20%. She has built a world-class team of diverse professionals located across the world and she has played a significant part in Uber’s overall cultural transformation via her role as Former Co-Chair of Women of Uber from 2018 to 2020, and is a frequent keynote speaker at external events.

Erin Goldstein is a Director and Senior Relationship Manager for the Subscription Finance sector within Wells Fargo’s Financial Institutions Group. In this role, she is responsible for originating, structuring and managing fund finance transactions secured by limited partners’ capital commitments and other collateral types. Mrs. Goldstein is an active member of Women in Fund Finance and Wells Fargo’s Investment Banking women’s network, where she most recently served on the executive steering committee.

Michele Simons is a Managing Director in the Subscription Finance Group / Financial Institutions Group, a division of Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking. Ms. Simons is Co-Head of US Originations for Subscription Finance Group providing lending facilities to private equity style funds. Michele oversees team origination, structuring, and execution of these facilities for the clients of Wells Fargo. Michele, currently serves on the steering committee for the Corporate and Investment Banking Women GoFar Network and is also member of the US Committee of the Women In Fund Finance.
