Person Centered Planning, Service Considerations and Flexibilities 

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is conducting an information session and discussion on Person Centered Plans Services Considerations and Flexibility on Thursday, February 24th from 12 - 1:30 p.m.    

The purpose of this information session is to:

1. Promote comprehensive and flexible person-centered plans

2. Support providers in their transition to fee-for-service billing

3. Review processes and share service reminders

4. Share strategies and advice from Early Adopters and  Coordinators of Community Services

This training is for Coordinators of Community Services  and DDA Providers.  There will also be a follow up session scheduled for Friday, March 4th from 12 to 1:30. Click below to register for both sessions.
