Presenter by: Aleesha Webb, President & Vice Chair of Village Bank

At her core, Aleesha Webb is a village builder who continually strives to create life-long connections with her customers and community. She adds true value to relationships by determining the right solutions for individual needs, watching out for their best interests, and offering authentic, high-touch customer service.

Aleesha’s banking career spans over 25 years and began on the front lines of Village Bank. Working as a teller, she had big dreams of preserving, building, and strengthening the family legacy her father Don Kveton started in 1993. With those dreams in mind, Aleesha pursued an undergraduate degree in business, communication and women’s studies, and then went on to earn her MBA in finance and management. Aleesha returned to college to earn another degree in banking, corporate, finance and securities law. With her education and banking background, Aleesha has proven to be an effective and visionary leader for Village Bank. She leads Village Bank with a tenacity and passion that paves the way for community members to reach their goals and achieve their dreams.

Aleesha extends her community service spirit when serving in her role on the board of directors at ModernWell, a women-centered collaborative space that balances independent spirit with holistic well-being. She has also been recognized by her peers as a 2019 Top Woman in Finance by Finance & Commerce, a Bank Beat 2020 Outstanding Woman in Banking, and a 2021 Notable Woman in Commercial Banking by the Twin Cities Business Magazine. Aleesha treasures her time with family, friends, and her fellow Villagers! #ItTakesaVillage
