Maryland Department of Health DDA Rate Review Advisory Group
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND HOW TO OBSERVE MEETINGS
The MDH Rate Review Advisory Group has been established by the Maryland Department of Health to provide a formal, consistent, and unified approach for stakeholders of the Developmental Disabilities Administration to impact the review of Medicaid rates for Home and Community Based Waivers services for approximately 18,000 Maryland citizens. Eight available membership seats were selected among sixty applications submitted. All applications were reviewed and considered for selections that would ensure representation of a wide array of services and diverse stakeholders across the regions.
The DDA Rate Review Advisory Group is a critical component of the DDA annual rate review process. This process will align with other Medicaid rate reviews and will initiate an open structure to support in-depth reviews of rates, rate components, and policies impacting rate operationalization.
Meetings will occur monthly from February until September as listed in the panel to the left.
Members of the public who would like to observe the meetings, can register below. Register once and get reminders for each meeting via GoTo Meeting. Links will be sent one day and one hour prior to the meeting. Meeting minutes will be made available following the meeting.
