Person-Centered Planning Services - Considerations and Flexibility on March 4 Webcast

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is conducting an information session and discussion on Person Centered Plans Services Considerations and Flexibilites. This training is for Coordinators of Community Services  and DDA Providers.  This is the follow up session. 

The purpose of this information session is to:

1. Promote comprehensive and flexible person-centered plans

2. Support providers in their transition to fee-for-service billing

3. Review processes and share service reminders

4. Share strategies and advice from Early Adopters and  Coordinators of Community Services
