For over 12 years, Mr. Chernin has represented employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including single plaintiff wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims and collective/class action wage and hour claims. Mr. Chernin also advises employers on state and federal labor and employment law, and is experienced in preparing company policies, employee handbooks, and employment/severance agreements.  During his career, Ethan has worked with both large and small business in many industries, including housing, healthcare, telecommunications, cybersecurity, food retail, food service, finance, and construction.

 Mr. Chernin also represents companies in website accessibility cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Tom Casparian

With over 25 years’ experience representing mobile home community owners throughout California, Mr. Casparian counsels clients in mobile home park and other real estate matters including rent control and fair return, litigation, state and local government advocacy, entitlement, development and expansion/infill, closure, redevelopment, MRL and MPA, acquisition, financing, and failure to maintain litigation and prevention.

Mr. Casparian is a trial lawyer and certified appellate law specialist. Tom is annually named a Super Lawyer in Southern California Super Lawyers® (2016-2022), representing the top 5% in a poll of his peers.  Tom serves on the Advisory Board for MHET.
