 Ethics Part 1: Aligning Staff with Ethical Practices

Join me for a presentation about ethics, this subject can be difficult to navigate within any organization.  Most ethical decisions are not black and white they are a little gray and need continual conversation and communication to enable success.  My organization have been in supported employment for over fourteen years, let me share with you what we have learned along our journey.  During my presentation we will start with identifying what Ethics are and how a code of ethics can assist any staff to make appropriate ethical decisions.  Then we will work through different examples of ethical issues, and help with some tools for resolutions.

Amy Fiddes

 Amy Fiddes has twenty years of teaching experience throughout various communities. Since 2016 Amy has worked as a Service Coordinator with ENSO. During her time with ENSO, she has had the privilege of becoming a Person Centered Plan Facilitator as well as facilitating many best practice trainings for direct service. ENSO assists customers to value and inspire all voices and dreams that enrich lives and communities. Amy’s passion for discovery has allowed her the opportunity to support individuals beginning their journey toward a first job as well as those who have maintained long term employment.
