Ethics Part 2: Aligning Direct Services and Interactions with Outside Entities with Ethical Practices
Navigating ethics can be difficult especially when we are discussion our best practices when assisting participants and working in with different outside entities. Ethics choices are difficult and not always as simple as we might assume. My organization has been in supported employment for over fourteen years, let me share with you what we have learned along our journey. During my presentation I will define ethics and how an ethics code can assist your organization. We will also discuss different examples of ethical issues that we have encountered, as well as some tools for resolutions and success for ethical choices with your organization.
