Triduum Retreat Holy Thursday April 14 to Easter Sunday April 17, 2022
This is a very simple retreat that begins the evening of Holy Thursday and concludes Easter Sunday morning. There are no talks. There is a simple orientation on Thursday evening with dinner. The retreat concludes on Easter Sunday after Mass.
The retreat consists in each individual living with us the liturgical services of these days; these services are also open to the public. We encourage retreatants to spend the rest of the time in silence, taking full advantage of the Mission grounds and meditating on the mysteries of these hours with the help of the Holy Scriptures, the Diary of St. Faustina, and The Gospel as Revealed to Me by Maria Valtorta. The only meals included in the retreat are a dinner on Holy Thursday and a public breakfast on Easter Sunday morning. For all other meals retreatants are welcome to bring their own food or go to local restaurants.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer lodging. In the past, people coming from far away have stayed at local hotels.

Note: All Liturgical Events are open to public. What is only for retreatants is in bold. All events are at St. Joseph Chapel unless otherwise noted.
Holy Thursday (April 14)
- 4:30 pm Registration at O’Callaghan Center
- 5:30 pm Dinner and Introduction at O’Callaghan Center.
- 7:30 pm Mass of the Institution of the Eucharist followed by Eucharistic Vigil
- 10 pm Vigil Ends and Mission closes
Good Friday (April 15)
- 9:00 am Walking Way of the Cross in Meadow
- 11:30 am Confessions (First come first serve - until 2pm)
- Veneration of the Relic of the True Cross
- 2:00 pm Service of the Passion Followed by Novena of Divine Mercy
- 4:00 pm Mission closes
- 9:00 am Rosary of Our Lady of Sorrows and Divine Mercy Novena
- 9 - 11:00 Confessions – first come first serve
- 12:00 pm Mission closes to public
- 2:00 pm Mission closes to retreatants
