Registration is open for this event with special guest speaker Caroline Mays, TxDOT's new Director of Planning and Modal Programs (formerly Director for Freight, Trade, and Connectivity). We have invited Caroline to share key points from the Texas-Mexico Border Transportation Master Plan 2021. Following her presentation there will be panel discussion moderated by Sergio Contreras on emerging growth challenges for border gateway ports of entry logistics with confirmed panelists Teclo Garcia, Economic Development Director for the City of Laredo and Luis Bazán, Bridge Director for the City of Pharr - International Bridge, and Adam Blanchard, Tanager Logistics co-founder and CEO.
