Room Prices and Descriptions:
Use this list to help prepare for selecting your room. Per Wesleyan’s policies, if you choose a double room and request no roommate you will be charged for the second bed for all nights.
Holloway, Benedum, or Jenkins
(Holloway has an elevator)
double rooms are $21.20 per bed single rooms are $26.50
Fleming and Dunn Hall
(air-conditioned & elevator; suite-style bathrooms)
double rooms are $31.80 per bed single rooms are $42.40
Doney Hall
(mainly single rooms) (air-conditioned) – NO elevator
double rooms are $31.80 per bed single rooms are $37.10
Holloway – Youth Wing
(no charge for Annual Conference youth members)
(Adult chaperones must have Child Protection Standards Training and a completed background check. Please contact Shea James at sjames@wvumc.org for processing and approval.)
Campus Housing Information:
- All beds are single beds. Most are two people to a room and have hallway bathrooms
- ROOMMATE: If you have a roommate preference, you should indicate each other when you register.
- SINGLE ROOMS: There are a limited number of single rooms available. When these rooms are no longer available, they will not appear as an option during registration.
- Those choosing a DOUBLE room with no roommate will have to pay for the second bed for all nights.
- You will need to provide your own linens, towels, washcloths, blankets, pillows, waste baskets, clothes hangers, soap, etc. for all campus housing.
- Doney, Dunn and Fleming are air-conditioned. For all other residence halls, a fan is recommended. Dunn and Fleming have an elevator.
- Showers and toilets are available on each floor. Suites share a bathroom with one other room.
- WVWC is a Smoke Free facility. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on campus including outdoors.
- On-Campus housing options include 6% city hotel/motel fee (already added in price).
- Residence hall room keys must be returned to housing registration desk at the close of conference or THERE WILL BE A $75 ROOM KEY CHARGE. The campus has groups all summer long and they will be re-keying the rooms of those who did not return their keys within a few hours after check out so they can rent to the next group the next morning.
- Please note that residence hall check-out on Sunday is by 10 am in the Library.
