The goal of the Certified Pool-Spa Operator (CPO®) safety program is to educate and train you and/or your staff responsible for your aquatic facility. It was also created to provide your customers with the confidence that your site is a healthy and safe facility at all times, especially during the constantly changing Pandemic of COVID-19.

The CPO seal of approval is assurance to pool/spa owners that their pool operators and maintenance staff are trained in the most advanced techniques in safety, water chemistry, maintenance and management.

The course is conducted by lecturers experienced in the operation, management and design of public pool facilities and the program is accepted by all DOH's in the United States

Each student MUST attend the 2 day course of instruction. Completion of the course will require an online final examination to receive your 5 year certification. Each participant must pass the exam to become a Certified Pool/Spa Operator. A passing score is 74%. 

This course offers a 5 year renewable certification, required by Maine, New York, Florida, New Jersey, Georgia, & Massachusetts.
