Visit to La Mesa Folklor Festival

Join us for a field trip to Southern California!
On Saturday we will spend the afternoon visiting the festival in La Mesa and on Sunday we will have a breakfast together; after breakfast we will go to the International Village in Balboa park in San Diego. There is a Czech and Slovak House where we can sample pastries and coffee. During the afternoon, hosts willingly answer questions about our two republics and provide information about the artifacts on display. The rest of your weekend will be at leisure.

To join us for a weekend of fun in Southern California you need to do the following:
- register by clicking on the registration button
- book you hotel - we suggest Holiday Inn, 8000 Parkway Dr, La Mesa, CA 91942 as it is very close to the venue, but you can pick your own
- we will meet at the festival at 1pm at La Mesa Community Center, 4975 Memorial Drive, La Mesa
- we will have a table together and enjoy the festival
Sokol SF members will be reimbursed for some of their expenses.
