The Heads Network invites you
to its Spring Zoom Webinar
Pull Back the Curtain:
Cultivating Leaders in Our Schools
Wednesday, April 20, 2022
1:00 -2:00 PM EST
How do leaders emerge in our schools? How do they gain the necessary skills and perspectives? What is the role of the head/senior leader in that process…the moral imperative to “pass it on?” In the wake of COVID-19, many schools are seeing evidence of “The Great Resignation.” With younger members of our faculty and staff who crave work-life balance, how do we go about replenishing the pipeline for leadership.
These questions are central and vitally important to all independent schools as we prepare our schools and leaders for the future. The mission of The Heads Network challenges us to take intentional actions to cultivate and advance the next leaders for our schools.
This webinar will address these challenges and more. Ann Klotz, head of Laurel School, OH and Director of the THN Leadership Seminar, will emcee and, in an interview format, pose questions to Autumn Graves, head of St. Anne’s Belfield School, VA and Mark Stanek, head of Shady Hill School, MA, both of whom have programs in place in their schools to develop future leaders. This webinar will be interactive, so come with questions and comments.
This hour is one you do not want to miss! What small steps can each of us take to mentor and sponsor leaders in our school? Can’t make that actual time work? Register below and a recording will be sent to you afterward for use in your school.
