This year, HCJ will be recognizing the following:
Lincoln University, Gregory Stockard Distinguished Service Award
Julie Smith, Preservation Pioneer Award
Wayne Johnson, Volunteer of the Year Award
Our keynote speaker is Dr. Darius Watson, Lincoln University
Nationally known Chef Johnny Graham will be catering the luncheon. The meal will consist of:
Salad with local greens, local cheve, candied Missouri pecans, and roasted shallot vinaigrette;
Grilled chicken spedinis with lemon, garlic, and basil;
Honey & thyme glazed carrots with chili & mint;
Spice roasted spring vegetables with olive oil & herbs;
"Hasselback" Missouri potatoes roasted with garlic, parmesan, and thyme;
Homemade rosemary focasccia
Advanced registration is required so we can provide the chef with an accurate headcount. Cancellations are refunded at 90% until May 8 after which no cancellations will be allowed. Invoices will be mailed for all non-paid registrations following the event.
