The following waiver is required to attend
the Annual Joint Roundtable on May 20, 2022
Please read and be prepared to agree or disagree on the registration form.
FEI Kansas City (hereafter "the event sponsor") will sponsor a live, in-person meeting on May 20, 2022. Because this is an in-person event, all current local and state COVID restrictions will be followed. Any requirements related to this event will be included in an email to those registered the business day before the event. Please read the following rules and statement of risk.
Based on the current notices, rules and recommendations from federal, state, and local governments, the following guidelines and procedures are to be strictly observed during the meeting:
- No individuals with contagious illnesses (cold, flu, or similar conditions) may attend the event.
- Attendees to abide by any additional rules announced by the event sponsor prior to and during the meeting.
As an attendee, you agree to abide by the above rules and guidelines, as well as any additional rules the event sponsor may publish prior to or during the meeting. You agree that you will attend the event at your own risk and assume full responsibility for the decision to attend. You understand that the event sponsor does not provide accident or medical insurance regarding your participation in the event and agree to hold the event sponsor harmless from all liability and/or blame should you become ill or incapacitated after your participation in the event. You affirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and that you are entering into this registration and agreement of your own free will.
Event space and beverage provided by CBIZ. Food will be catered.
