Learning Lab: Water Quality Monitoring
During this four-hour, hands-on course, participants will practice collecting samples for several water quality parameters including free and total chlorine and total coliform bacteria.
In addition, participants will learn about the advantages of chlorine residual mapping.
Finally, appropriate follow-up options that may be necessary to address water quality issues such as main breaks and other challenges will be discussed.
This training will be applied to offer 4 Municipal Waterworks credits.
This training was funded and/or carried out as part of the EPA/RCAP Training/Technical Assistance for Small Public Water Systems to Achieve and Maintain Compliance.
