Learn about resources that:

• Understand the importance of HLPs in improving student outcomes.
• Discuss ways to develop a school culture that embraces HLPs and ongoing teacher professional learning.
• Learn about the Virginia Professional Teaching Standards – HLP Crosswalk, and how to integrate HLPs into teacher evaluations and ongoing professional learning.
• Have resources to identify teachers’ strengths and areas of growth related to each HLP.
• Gain access to targeted professional learning that helps teachers develop skills that meet their unique professional learning needs.
• Learn ways to individualize teachers’ ongoing professional learning to scale up HLPs throughout learning environments.
