• Understand the importance of HLPs in improving student outcomes.
• Learn ways to individualize teachers’ ongoing professional learning to scale up HLPs throughout classrooms.
• Have resources to identify teachers’ strengths and areas of growth related to each HLP.
• Use resources to set goals with teachers and give feedback on their implementation of HLPs.
• Gain access to targeted professional learning and materials that help teachers develop skills that meet their unique professional learning needs and goals.
