Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care Seminar

Please join us for an upcoming seminar for Social Workers and other professionals who work with our elder community.

This is the required seminar for those pursuing certification who qualify as CDP/Certified Dementia Practitioner or for those who just want to enhance their education.

Ticket Price: $150.00                                                                 

Ticket includes a light snack, class matierals, and proposed 8 CEs. Please note that you must attend BOTH sessions in order to receive your credit. 

Registration for this session will close at Midnight on Friday, April 29th. You will not be able to register for the event after this date. However, additional sessions will become available soon. 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel,  there is a $75 non-refundable fee. Refunds will not be accepted after the first session has started. If requested, your registration may be postponed for a future event.
