Annual Dzogchen/Mahamudra Teachings

with Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche

Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche will offer six days of teaching on the Mahamudra text entitled Teaching on Mind, the Wish-fulfilling Gem, concealed by Gampopa and revealed by Dungsto Repa the Earlier in the 13th century. This retreat will be held online with strict guidelines. Please read all the information below carefully before registering.

Schedule: Full attendance is required for every session. Rinpoche is scheduled to teach from  9-12 AM and 2-5 PM. Just as we would respectfully await his arrival during in person teachings, we need to be ready for him online with good connectivity. For this reason, the retreatant schedule is 8:45 AM- noon and 1:45 -5 PM.

Registration Requirements: If you have previously attended an annual Dzogchen retreat in Santa Fe, you may register without inquiring. Other interested students who have finished at least half of a Nyingma or Kagyu Ngondro may request permission from Rinpoche to attend.  Please do not contact Ewam Santa Fe for permission. You may email Khenpo Namchak Dorji directly at tulkusangngag@gmail.com with your request, including your personal practice history (Lamas and teachers with whom you study, teachings received, ongoing practice - Ngondro, Sadhana practice, etc.).

Please contact santafe@ewam.org with other questions.

Attendance Requirements:  Full attendance of every session is required, with video cameras on.  We request that you arrange a situation where you have video capability. These teachings must be received in a secluded location where they cannot be viewed or heard by anyone else.  You may not invite anyone who is not registered to attend with you.

Computer and Internet Issues: We need your help to make a successful online retreat! We care about your online experience, but cannot take responsibility for your internet connection or other computer/phone issues. We will be working online before, during and after each session. Please do your part. Please check your internet and Zoom access before the retreat begins and also before each Zoom session. Ask your questions early. Please sign on at least 15 miutes before teaching is scheduled to begin. Late attendance is not permitted, and generally after Rinpoche begins teaching,  you won't be offered admission to a session.

Retreat Recording:  Private recordings are strictly prohibited. Zoom recordings will be available after the retreat.

The Zoom link will be available at a later date and will be emailed to those who have registered.

Retreat Cost:  Sliding scale $275-350, payment through PayPal at the time of registration.  Registration will end at midnight MT on May 31. (No one turned away for lack of funds. Please contact santafe@ewam.org for special assistance).
